what you need
- 4 large jars Bush's No Bean Chili
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 3/4 large block Kraft Velveeta Cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 large family style corn chips or Fritos
make it
Turn crock-pot on high or medium, and add chili and tomatoes. Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and place in and cover crock-pot.
Brown the hamburger meat and season with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt. Add meat to crock-pot. Stir occasionally until cheese is completely melted.
Prep time is about 10 mins, crock-pot time depends on your pot. Serve with corn/tortilla chips, or by itself!
Notes
I'm not a fan of beans, but I like the taste of chili. I created this dip and everyone begs me to make it. This is the easiest recipe ever and so many ways of improving it to your liking!
Use Bush's Chili with beans, if you like beans. Maybe replace canned tomatoes for a small tub of salsa? Maybe add a small can of chopped olives? The possibilities are endless.
This dip is a HUGE success at all of our family parties and football parties. Some people will eat it straight without the chips! High in sodium, so beware of that.
