Hearty Meatball Tortellini Soup

what you need
- 1 pkg. frozen, fully-cooked Italian style meatballs
- 1 small pkg. California blend vegetables
- 2 pkgs. cheese tortellini (frozen)
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning, or the following: (1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. paprika, and a pinch of cayenne, thyme and cumin.)

In a 3-qt slow cooker, combine meatballs, veggies and tortellini.
In a large bowl, whisk soup, water and Creole seasoning. Pour over vegetable-meat mixture, stir well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or until tortellini and veggies are tender.
Notes
This is a super hearty and filling "stoup" (as Rachael Ray would call it) that is perfect in the wintertime on a cold day, served with a crusty roll.
