what you need
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened to room temp.
- 2 cups milk
- 2 regular sized Jell-O Vanilla Flavored Instant Pudding
- 2 cans (1 pound each) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2-1/2 pints heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz. coconut
make it
Prepare cake as directed. Divide cake evenly into 2 9x13 pans, Bake according to pkg. directions, but watch the time as it will be shorter (you are making half the amount of cake in each pan.) Cool.
Mix cream cheese with 2 cups milk and instant Jell-O Pudding Mix. Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled cake. Spread 2 cups well drained pineapple on top of cream cheese mixture.
In medium bowl whip heavy cream with sugar until firm. Spread on top of pineapple. Sprinkle coconut on top. Refrigerate until used.
