what you need
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
make it
First, combine all ingredients together in a saucepan except for the vanilla.
Over high heat bring the ingredients to a boil. Once to boil, boil this for 1 1/2 minutes.
Take off burner and add vanilla. Serve over ice cream. Enjoy!
