what you need
- 14 oz. Philadelphia Cheesecake Filling
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 oz. Philadelphia (whipped) Cream Cheese
- 4 oz. Cool Whip Lite
- Zest of 1-lemon
- Juice of 1-lemon
- 1 can (22 oz.) Musselman's Lemon Pie Filling
- 1 baked/cooled pie shell*
- Graham crackers
- Sugar crystals

In a large mixing bowl (using a whisk not a mixer) whisk together first 6-ingredients well. Fold in lemon pie filling.
Pour into the prepared pie shell (which will cool by the time you are ready for it).
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and sugar crystals on top.
Notes
This cheesecake was such a hit at Thanksgiving everyone wanted my recipe, so since I'd made it up on the spot...I then had to take time to 'write it up for them'.
They were amazed at how easy it was, they thought I'd slaved over it...teeheehee
*This can either be a graham-cracker, shortbread/cookie or your favorite pie dough recipe; (I put this one in an already prepared gram-cracker crust, simply because I love these kinds of fillings best that way and it will also cut down on your time since you don't have to "cook or cool".
