what you need
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, thawed
- 1 package Jell-O Vanilla Flavored Instant Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 small tub Cool Whip, thawed
make it
In medium mixing bowl combine and mix with blender on low speed, cream cheese with Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding Mix, lemon juice and milk (you can add more milk up to a cup depending on the consistency you prefer).
Spoon into ready graham pie crust and top with Cool Whip.
Chill until set and serve.
Notes
One of my daughters always asks for cheesecake with holiday dinners. I found a way to make her happy and save me some extra time in the kitchen.
This can be interchanged with different flavorings such as chocolate, pistachio, etc. I make the lemon because it is a family favorite.
Sugar can be added to the initial mixture if the pudding is not enough. We like the fluffy taste of just the sugar from the pudding. You can also top on some candies or chocolate shavings for decoration! Happy Cheesecaking with this one the possibilities are endless.
