what you need
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 chicken breasts, large chunks
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 package wide egg noodles
make it
Place all ingredients, except cheese and egg noodles, in a large crock-pot.
Set to slow cook on high for 8 hours.
Stir in cheese before serving. Serve over wide egg noodles.
Notes
You can add any vegetables you have on hand - peas, green beans, etc.
You can substitute chicken broth for milk. But add a splash of milk for a creamier broth.
