Peanut Butter Mocha Brownies

what you need
- 1 box (19 oz.) brownie mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
make it
Spray a 13 X 9" baking pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl stir brownie mix, eggs, coffee, and oil until well blended.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. With a tablespoon drop peanut butter onto batter. Using a knife, swirl the peanut butter through the brownie mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely and cut into 24 squares.
Notes
Can be stored between pieces of waxed paper in an airtight container for several days.
