what you need
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 3 flour tortillas
- 1 can black beans
- 1 small can diced green chili peppers
- 1 can green chile sauce
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Shredded Monterey Jack/Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- Diced tomatoes
- Picante sauce
- Sour cream

Brown the ground beef. Add the taco seasoning according to package directions. Spray a deep dish pie pan with non stick spray.
Place 1/3 cup of juice from ground beef mixture on bottom of pie plate and spread around. Place one flour tortilla on top of juice. Layer 1/2 of the ground beef, 1/2 can black beans, 1/2 can of diced green chilies, 1/4 can of green chili sauce, and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Repeat. Place final flour tortilla on top of 2nd layer. Top with last 1/2 of green sauce and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces. Serve each piece surrounded by shredded lettuce. Top with black olives, diced tomatoes and picante sauce. Place dolop of Sour Cream on top of piece of taco pie.
