what you need
- 1 1/2 lb. tilapia fillets (if only 2 servings 3/4 lb. tilapia)
- 4 tsp. flour, divided
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 5-6 sprigs Italian parsley (leaves only), chopped

Place fillets in large Ziploc bag with 3 tsp. of flour and seasoned salt. Shake to coat.
Place large saute pan on med-high heat. Place 1 Tbsp. butter in pan and swirl to coat. Add fish and cook 3 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp. butter to center of pan and turn fillets with a spatula, distributing butter under fillets. Cook 3 more minutes. Place fish on serving plate.
Place remaining 1 Tbsp. butter in pan and 1 tsp. flour, wine and lemon juice. Heat 1-2 minutes till thickened stirring occasionally. Stir parsley into butter sauce and serve over fish.
Notes
This can easily be made just for 2 with just half of the fish.
Unless you want a browned butter sauce (doesn't hurt the taste) watch that butter doesn't brown in the last steps.
