what you need
- 1.5 teaspoons melted butter
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
make it
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in butter for 15-20 minutes until no longer pink.
Mix cornstarch and mustard in small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put chicken on plate, keep warm. Clean juice from skillet.
For glaze - pour orange mixture in skillet, heat to boiling, stir constantly. Boil about 1 minute, until thickened, and pour over chicken.
