what you need
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- 1 lb. liver
- Soy sauce, low sodium is best
- 1 cup instant rice
make it
Cut up onion, cook in pan with olive oil till brown. Add liver and cook only till golden brown on both sides and pink in middle.
Add soy sauce till it covers liver, bring to boil. Turn down heat for a few minutes.
Add rice, turn off heat, and let sit till rice is done.
Notes
Good served with Chinese vegetables.
