what you need
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cups dill pickle chips, drained
- 2 cups vegetable oils
make it
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bowl or pie pan mix well. Put bread crumbs in another bowl. Whisk the eggs and water together in another bowl.
Heat deep fryer to 350°F. Roll the pickles in the flour, a few at a time, drop them in the egg wash, and then into the bread crumbs -- coat well.
Drop chips in the oil; make sure to keep them separated. Cook for 2-3 min. till golden brown. Drain and serve with whatever dipping sauce sounds good, ranch maybe. ENJOY!!

This is not my recipe -- I got it from a magazine.
