what you need
- 2 Large cans diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can green chilies
- 1/3 cup jalapeños, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 tsp. garlic salt
- Dash of sugar if needed
- Dash of cayenne pepper
make it
In food processor add all ingredients. Pulse blend for a few seconds and remove.
Refrigerate for an hour.
After an hour taste and adjust seasonings.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of Jalapeños to make it more spicy or mild.
Don't add too much garlic salt. Wait to adjust the flavor until after it has been refrigerated for at least an hour
