what you need
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
make it
Combine liquids and eggs & beat. Add dry ingredients & mix until smooth.
Heat greased griddle or pan on medium heat.
Spoon batter on to griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on top and bottom is brown. Turn over and cook the other side. Serve with maple syrup.
Notes
The thickness of the batter can be varied by adding more half-and-half if too thick or more flour if too thin.
