Slow Cooker Seafood Vegetable Soup

what you need
- 16-48 oz. vegetable juice or tomato juice (depends on slow cooker size)
- 1 cup each of chopped, white onion, carrots, celery, and bite size potatoes (peeled)
- 1 – 2 dashes hot sauce (to taste)
- 2 shots vodka (optional)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Any seafood will work, I use shrimp, scallops, crab, lobster, clams, and when serving I top with steamed mussels

Put everything (except seafood) in crock-pot except seafood; stir a few times after heated.
Around 7 hours of cooking time, add the seafood, cook an additional half hour or until seafood is done.
Add fresh ground pepper and salt to taste, croutons or serve with fresh baked bread.
