what you need
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup crushed Kettle Potato Chips
- 1/2 cups walnuts or pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
make it
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Stir in potato chips and nuts. Add vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour until dough pulls away from the sides of bowl and forms a ball.
Use a teaspoon and drop on cookie sheet. Place at least 1 inch apart.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes or until browned.
Notes
I add more Kettle Chips and nuts. May seem like there may be too much, but do not worry it TASTE GREAT.
I like the Kettle Chips because the taste is much better then regular chips. They have No Trans Fat and it has 50% less salt and it really taste great.
