what you need
- 1 cup milk (13 carbs)
- 1 banana (15 carbs)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (13 carbs)
- 1/2 cup instant oatmeal (27 carbs)
- 2-4 pkg. Splenda to taste
make it
Put ingredients in blender as they are listed & blend until frozen strawberries are all mixed in. You may add a little water if blender bogs down.
Total carbs 68. If you need less you can use 1/2 banana or 1/4 cup oatmeal.
Notes
Can substitute fruit even green grapes will blend good in it! Do not try apple as it will make it too thick. Apple juice or cider is good too. I was working with 63 carbs & this is how I got them.
