Mexican Crock-Pot Chicken

what you need
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- Burrito sized tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Sour cream
- Kraft Mexican or 2% Cheese
make it
Place chicken in the crock-pot. In a bowl, combine the taco seasoning, salsa, and black beans. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 hours or until done.
Once it is done, use two forks to shred the chicken and give it a good stir in the juices. Just fill the tortillas and add toppings!
Notes
This is a simple Mexican recipe that my husband taught me. I don't like to do a lot of cooking, and this meal is so simple. And filling!!
