what you need
- 5-6 potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 5 carrots
- 2-4 garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. season all
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. hot pepper seeds (opt)
- Butter (opt)
- 6-7 sheets heavy foil 12 inches long
- Ice cubes
- Kraft Cucumber Ranch Dressing

Slice in wedges the potatoes, chop onions, slice carrots, and crush garlic. In large bowl, mix all -10- ingredients together.
Place 2 cups on foil, placing 2 ice cubes on top, bring sides together and fold at least three times to seal pockets, then turn up sides inward to seal it all in.
Place on grill seam side up, close lid, grill for 20-25 min, or until potatoes are tender, Remove from grill open and add butter and top with Kraft Cucumber Ranch Dressing,

This is one of our family favorites. We also have served it to our friends, and they just love it. It’s a easy clean up, and it is great with, (our favorite) B-Q chicken!, and also with hamburger, or steak, we have tried them all. It would go with almost anything and, the Kraft Cucumber Ranch Dressing is really what makes this side dish so yummy, enjoy!!
