what you need
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
- 8 oz. salsa of choice
- 1 cup sour cream (approx.)
make it
1. Grill hamburger in a medium pan (tall sides) at high heat until almost cooked through. Add about 1/3 tsp. taco seasoning (more or less to taste). Finish cooking hamburger. Turn heat to medium.
2. Add Velveeta Cheese in chunks and stir until fully melted (don’t be afraid to chop at it!). Add salsa (more or less to preference). Add sour cream (more or less to preference).
3. Turn to low heat or place a lid on it to keep it warm. Eat with chips of choice and ENJOY!!!
Notes
*It should develop a color between yellow, orange and red.
**Thicker salsas work better.
***Sometimes less sour cream tastes better.
****Don’t be surprised if it develops a film over the top. It's normal. Just heat and stir and it will be good as new!
