what you need
- 4 whole wheat flour tortillas
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. butter spray
- Kraft Light Done Right Roka Blue Cheese dressing
make it
Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup spinach leaves and 1/4 carrots.
Mix Red Hot and butter spray with chicken, then top tortillas with 1/2 cup each of the mixture.
Add desired amount of dressing, roll up, and enjoy!
Notes
You can also use prepared chicken tenders or grilled chicken strips in this recipe. Use more or less Red Hot depending on desired spiciness.
