what you need
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 large handful crushed rippled potato chips
- 1 fresh slab mozzarella
- 1 cup warm spaghetti sauce (recommend Classico Four Cheese)
- 4 hamburger buns
make it
Mix all ingredients (except cheese, sauce and buns) into bowl and make into four balls. Roll balls out to patties.
Place on hot grill. Cook on each side for 4 minutes or until desired.
When there is one minute left, toast hamburger buns with a thick slice of mozzarella on each. When finished spread a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce on bun and make into burger. Put sauce on side for dipping.
