what you need
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. water
- 4 asparagus spears
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 slices Oscar Mayer Ham boiled
- 1/2 cup Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Smart Balance margarine or butter
make it
Beat eggs with 1 1/2 tsp. water. Put aside.
Cut asparagus spears in 1 inch pieces. Add 1/4 cup water and steam asparagus in microwave for 1 minute. Drain. Cut boiled ham into 1/2 inch squares. Measure shredded cheese. Mix ingredients into eggs.
Place 1 Tbsp. margarine in medium frying pan. When melted, add mixture and cook until eggs are to desired consistency. Enjoy!
Notes
If you wish, add more asparagus, ham or cheese. This is a delicious way to eat eggs.
