what you need
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 cup Kraft Italian Fat Free Salad Dressing
- 1 jar pineapple marmalade (or jelly)
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the lime juice with the salad dressing. Marinade chicken breasts in mix for about two hours.
When marinated, put breasts in a baking pan. Coat breasts with pineapple jelly. Sprinkle half the tomato and half the cilantro on chicken.
Grill chicken (indoor or outdoor grill) for about 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Garnish with the rest of tomato and cilantro.
Notes
For juicier chicken, grill in aluminum foil for 15 minutes, and then take out of foil and continue to grill for another ten minutes.
Serve with a side of steamed summer vegetables.
