what you need
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/4 cups white cane sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
make it
Heat milk on medium heat until warm; then add sugar and cocoa. Bring to boil while stirring constantly, and then simmer in low heat. Cook for about 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and add butter. Stir until dissolved using a wooden spoon (<30 seconds).
Pour and let it cool.
