Baked Mac and Cheese with a Twist

what you need
- 2 boxes Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
- 2 cans low fat condensed milk
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheese (your choice), divided
- 3 Tbsp. butter or substitute
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
make it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Follow directions on box for cooking macaroni noodles. In separate pan, mix condensed milk, parmesan cheese, 1 cup cheese of your choice, butter, and onion powder. Bring to a low boil and remove from heat. This should only take a few minutes but stir often to keep from burning.
Drain macaroni and put in 9x12 casserole dish. Stir in cheese sauce and top with remaining shredded cheese.
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe can be increased.
Half-and-half or regular milk may be substituted for half of condensed milk.
