what you need
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. garlic (pref. from a jar)
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. chicken legs
make it
Mix BBQ sauce and the rest of (sauce) ingredients - tasted to liking - in a Ziploc bag. Reserve some sauce for basting.
Add chicken legs. Marinate up to 2 hours or the night before. This can also be used with boneless chicken, ribs, and shrimp.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 45 minutes, then grill on the BBQ -- baste with reserved sauce throughout.
Notes
You can use any BBQ sauce you'd like. I prefer Teriyaki Sesame Ginger. I may also try a little honey or brown sugar for a sweeter sauce.
