Spring 2008 Tuna Cakes… Made Over

what you need
- 2 cups small diced chicken
- 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing For Chicken
- 1 cup Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup either Kraft Ranch or Italian Dressing
- 3/4 cup water
make it
MIX all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 10 min.
HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. For each chicken cake, shape 1/3 cup lightly packed chicken mixture into patty. Add patties to skillet in batches.
COOK 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, turning over carefully.
Notes
My man loved this and so did I. It was a nice spin on the Tuna you had in the magazine. Just had leftover fried chicken and was like… HHMMMmmm lets see what we can do with this and PRESTO.
