- 16 oz. frozen broccoli
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 2% Milk
- 1/4 cup any seasoned bread crumbs
make it
In 2 qt. microwaveable bowl, cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain, reserving liquid. Add water to equal 1/4 cup.
In a small bowl mix liquid with cheese and bread crumbs. Spoon over vegetables; pat gently. Cover.
Cook on HI 1-2 min or until cheese is melted. Let stand, covered, for 3 min before serving.
Notes
You may use any frozen or fresh vegetables in any combination. I always double the recipe and it is my favorite potluck dish.
