what you need
- 1 can solid white tuna fish in water
- 1/4 cup baby spinach
- 20 baby carrots
- 1/8 cup red onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sun dried tomato hummus
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
make it
Drain tuna and flake into a medium bowl.
Combine baby spinach, baby carrots and red onion in food processor. Chop on low setting until well blended. Add vegetable mixture to tuna.
Add hummus and cumin to tuna and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving.
Notes
Regular hummus can be substituted as well as other flavors.
