Asian Sesame Chicken Salad

what you need
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch green onions
- 3 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
- 3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
make it
Simmer chicken breasts in 1/2 cup sesame dressing until done. Cut into strips. Set aside.
In large bowl add rest of the Asian Sesame dressing, coleslaw mix, and green onions. Mix until thoroughly covered.
Add romaine on top of coleslaw- do not mix. Then top with chow mein noodles, peanuts and lastly the cooked chicken.
Notes
This is great dressing I have found many uses for it and it tastes fabulous.
This is an easy and super quick recipe that is good enough for a full meal!
