what you need
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 can Borden Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (measured accurately)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 can chilled cherry pie filling

In a medium sized bowl, beat cream cheese until light & fluffy. Gradually add sweetened milk & stir until well blended. Stir in lemon juice & vanilla.
Turn into crust.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Garnish with chilled cherry pie filling before serving.
