what you need
- 1 envelope dry ranch seasoning/dip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 can beer
- 1/3 red onion, chopped well
- 2 packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese
- Chips, crackers or pretzels

Mix seasoning, sour cream, beer, onion and cream cheese together in large bowl until well blended.
Then add cooked bacon and garlic and cheese. Stir everything together well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Notes
To get the best taste, refrigerated overnight.
Serve with your favorite chips, crackers or pretzels.
You can try different beers and cheeses to give it your own touch.
Cooking the garlic in the pan with bacon will give it a really good flavor and aroma.
