what you need
- Beef patty burgers (frozen or fresh)
- 2-3 tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1 head lettuce
- Velveeta Mexican Cheese Product, melted
- 2 med to large Jalapeño pepper sliced thin
- Sliced Kraft American Cheese
- Sesame seed buns
- Kraft Ranch Dressing
make it
Grill beef patties. While burgers are cooking slice tomatoes, rip lettuce, and melt Velveeta Mexican Cheese Product.
When patties are almost done, place sliced Jalapeño peppers on top, and place slice of Kraft American Cheese on top of that.
Open buns (toast if desired), spread melted Velveeta Mexican cheese on the bottom and Kraft Ranch on the top. Place lettuce and tomato on the top of the burger and enjoy!
Notes
More ranch dressing for dipping may be needed to cut the spice.
You can also substitute con queso cheese dip for the Velveeta.
