what you need
- 1 medium sized banana, peeled, chopped, and frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mango, chopped
- 1 container (6 oz.) all natural strawberry yogurt
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
- 2 oz. fat free milk
- 2 Tbsp. toasted wheat germ
make it
Blend the first 4 ingredients and then stream in the milk.
Blend until fully mixed and stir in wheat germ.
