what you need
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes, drained somewhat
- 1 can shoepeg corn, drained
- 1/2 purple onion, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 small bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
make it
Mix all together and let it marinate overnight.
Serve with Tostitos.
