Italian Spaghetti a la Kraft

what you need
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 box Kraft Spaghetti Classics Tangy Italian
- 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Additional spaghetti

Brown ground beef, onion, and pepper in large skillet, drain. Begin boiling the water for the pasta.
Add seasoning packet and crushed tomatoes to meat mixture. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Heat on medium low until starts to boil then cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti (add additional spaghetti depending on desired serving amount).
Notes
This is a hearty and simple variation to the traditional Kraft Tangy Italian mix in the box. We are big pasta eaters so I have to add additional spaghetti for this recipe. My family loves it with garlic bread and salad.
