what you need
- 2 cups honey
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups protein shake mix
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups crisp rice cereal, raisins, M&M's, nuts (any mixture)
make it
Mix first 6 ingredients (in a stand mixer is best). Add oats and mix well. Then add remaining items in any combination, equaling 4 cups.
Pat into an 11.5 x 15 pan and chill 1 hour.
Then cut into 30 bars, or roll into 30 balls and refrigerate in a single layer on a cookie sheet, then place in a covered container and keep stored in fridge.
