what you need
- 4 Tbsp. Kraft Light Zesty or Light House Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 tsp. jarred chopped garlic
- 2-3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped, divided
- 1 lb. bag white fish fillets, thawed (flounder, tilapia, etc.)
- Few turns black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced in circles
make it
Lay out 2-3 sheets tin foil to make packets, depending on number of fillets in bag. Squirt about 1 tsp. of dressing, give or take, on each piece of foil. Sprinkle garlic and some parsley on top of dressing.
Place fish on top of dressing on foil. Squirt another tsp. of dressing on each pile of fish. Sprinkle with remaining parsley then pepper. Place lemon slices on top of fish piles.
Fold packets and place on grill on medium heat for approximately 8 minutes. Check for fish to flake. This can take 15 minutes to an hour. I usually make the packets early and let them sit in the fridge to marinate a bit, but it's still delicious if you don't have time.
Notes
Serve with fried grilled potatoes, grilled corn in the husk, and light side salad.
