what you need
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 pkg. ramen noodles crushed (discard the seasoning)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar (Splenda)
- 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
make it
Mix together coleslaw and green onions & refrigerate.
Brown the noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in 2 Tbsp. of olive oil and let cool. Next, mix together sugar, oil, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Just before serving mix the crunchy ingredients in with the coleslaw and toss with dressing.
