what you need
- 2 pkg. Oscar Mayer Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (precooked), cut into thirds
- 1 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
- 2 basil leaves chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1-2 stems of chives, cut
- 1/2 lime, squeezed
- 1 hot pepper (I used a Thai pepper)
- 1/2 cup crushed Planters Peanuts
- 1 cup sesame sauce
- 1 cup Asian rice sticks (fried)
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
- 1 1/2 heads of Bibb lettuce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 1/2 cups peanut sauce
make it
Mix all ingredients except for rice sticks, broccoli slaw, Bibb lettuce, bean sprouts and peanut sauce into large bowl, mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour (or for more flavor-overnight).
Place peanut sauce in bowl (I also put 1/2 tsp. of peanuts in peanut sauce) and remaining ingredients on platter.
Heat chicken mix for 1 minute until hot. Assemble using the lettuce as the "tortilla" and build to your liking.
Notes
You can also place the remainder of the bottle of Sesame Sauce in a bowl for more sauces.
You can change this up by adding other ingredients such as red/yellow pepper, different sauces, or zucchini. Whatever you like! The possibilities are endless!
