what you need
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 5-6 potatoes, mashed
- 2 cans cream corn
make it
Brown ground beef. While doing that, peel and boil potatoes and mash them.
After ground beef is done, put in casserole dish. Place mashed potatoes on top. Pour cream corn on top.
Cover and bake 45 min on 350°F oven. When there is 10 min left, take cover off and brown top.

My kids love this! What a great comfort food! Mom made this when I was a kid also.
