what you need
- 2 large eggs
- 3 heaping Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 whole grated onion
- 1/8 cup Worstershire sauce
- 1/4 cup catsup
- Pepper to taste
- 2 lb. round hamburger
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground hot Italian sausage
- Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
make it
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, catsup & pepper. With rubber gloves (I use my hands) mix in all the meats.
After it's all combined very well, put the total mixture an oval glass casserole dish. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Notes
Takes about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare mixture.
I serve it with mashed potatoes and lightly grilled asparagus.
