- 1 bag frozen pop-corn chicken
- 1 jar sweet and sour sauce
- Pineapples
- Rice

Place chicken in crock-pot. Cover with sweet and sour sauce.
Cook on high 3 1/2 hours. Add pineapple last 15 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
