- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1 jar honey-garlic marinade
- Dip:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
make it
Marinate tenderloins in honey-garlic sauce overnight in the fridge. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pat tenderloin dry and place on foil lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes. Slice thinly.
Dip: In a small bowl mix mayonnaise with honey mustard and ginger powder. Serve alongside pork slices.
