what you need
- 1 packet dry mushroom gravy
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup (or cream of mushroom)
- 1 packet onion soup/dip mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
- 2 cups water
- 8 Boca Original Grillers
make it
Prepare mushroom gravy per packet instructions. Add cream soup, soup/dip mix, sour cream, mushrooms and water. Whisk until smooth. Prepare Boca burgers on stove top.
Place burgers and gravy in oven safe dish.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Enjoy with mashed potatoes and a veggie!

My husband is a "semi-veg" and we often eat soy products by Boca and I was looking for some comfort food and this did it - I was impressed with the concoction I came up with on short notice!
