what you need
- 2 1/2 lb. boneless skinless frozen chicken breast (1 bag) Tyson or store brand
- Lemon Pepper (McCormick or any brand you prefer)
- Salt and pepper
- Kraft Greek Vinaigrette Dressing/Marinade
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 by 9 rectangle pan with Pam (cooking spray). I use glass but any you prefer will work. Optional: coat in flour by shaking in a bag or using a bowl, then fry in oil on stove top until brown on both sides then transfer to pan and do as follows...**prep time will be longer**
Place chicken upside down and sprinkle with lemon pepper until thoroughly coated, turn chicken breast right side up. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour half a bottle of Greek Dressing over tops of chicken and coat well
Place in oven uncovered for roughly an hour. Halfway through baking time baste with dressing as you would a turkey!!! Last 5 minutes of baking turn the broiler on low and brown the tops.
Notes
I serve on top of Chicken Garlic Rice a Roni (2 boxes) with green beans on the side with a garlic butter sauce!!!
or
Serve with Knorr Creamy Chicken noodles (2 pouches) with green beans (frozen work well) in a garlic butter sauce!!!
I have 6 kids with 2 adults and this serves all with enough chicken leftover for late night Greek Chicken Sandwich!!!
