what you need
- 1 1/2 - 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. steak seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 8 hamburger buns

In a large pan put the ground beef, brown sugar and steak seasoning. Stir until meat is brown, drain.
Add the diced pepper and onion cook for 5 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar. Stir for 2 minutes.
Last, add the tomato sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes. Place a scoop on each hamburger bun and enjoy.
Notes
Use ground turkey or chicken in place of the beef for a lower fat option. Add a can of corn to get the veggies in!
