what you need
- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 packet vegetable dip mix
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium egg
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/8 cup of parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
make it
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix all ingredients together.
Put into a medium loaf pan. Top loaf with ketchup and a little more parmesan cheese as a topper.
Cook loaf approx. 45 min. Let sit for 10 min before serving.
